tee shirt design help?

i see a lot of people now days making their own tee shirts and i would like to know how do they put images off the computer and put them on their shirts as prints…i would like to do one to

I heard you can go to Kinkos and get it all set up.

    You can buy transfer sheets at any supply store like Staples. You put the transfer sheet in your printer and print off the picture. Then you follow the directions on the package on how to apply the transfer sheet/picture to your shirt.
