which photoshop software should i use if i want to make shirt designs?

i’m designing hoodies for my team so i need a software that’s easy to use. (: theres so many versions of photoshop and i don’t know which one to use. suggestions please?

Photoshop Elements 7 is a good place to get started (plus you can buy it for less than $100). You can also download a trial of it at adobe.com
