You can buy the paper at many craft stores. After you get the images on the paper, you just take a hot iron and iron the images on. Be sure to read the instructions in the paper package to make sure what temprature your iron should be, and also sometimes when you iron on a design, the design reverses so words would be backwards. The price ranges depending on the brand of paper and how much you purchase. Hope this helps!
