Anyone have any ideas for a shirt design?
I am in charge of coming up with a t-shirt design for a state-wide leadership conference. I have to incorporate the logo and name and all the basic stuff, but our theme is "We Weren’t Born to Follow." Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do themewise on the shirt? Thanks!
Take the shape of a figure with one arm outstretched onto the shoulder of a figure in front and make a line of these figures across the front of the shirt.
Like the image of the blind leading the blind. But of course – do not use images demeaning blind people.
Here is a cartoon with an image- you could modify and remove the canes and dark glasses –

A big red circle and in it a group of lifeless zombie like people with their heads down standing behind each other and dressed all the same and a person standing in front of them pointing to where they must go. The single person should have a kind of a military look about him. Like a person with authority. If you can picture a big red circle and on the left side is the person with the authority and then the people with lifeless look about them to his right side and to make i interesting have all the people in line form a horizon line another words the one up front is the same size as the one leading them and the ones behind the lifeless guy gets smaller and the one behind him gets smaller and to make it easy have all the lifeless people look alike so it is showing that there is no identity to them and it looks like there are hundreds behind him. Once you get that done then run another red line across the whole thing like a no smoking zone sign. The idea comes from a old silent film called Metropolis where the workers all looked alike and followed all directions that they were given just like robots. I hope this helps you and by the way the purpose of the cross line in the circle is to say ( you were not born to follow).I did a quick sketch of what I mean if you would like to see it drop me an email.
