Shirt Designs

I just designed a shirt with the Able sisters but I can’t seem to buy it. Can someone tell me how I can get my hands on the shirt I just designed? I would love step-by-step instructions but any help is appreciated

You can’t buy it. If you open the menu it will be under your Pencil files. Go there and drag your design to the picture of a shirt. That is how you wear it. Other people in your town can by your design if you display it in the ABle’s Sister’s shop. The 8 designs in the centre of the store is where they are displayed. click on one of the shirts. Mable will ask you what you want to do with it. Choose I"I want to display" then either choose "use this" or "swap" swap if you want to trade your design for another one. Use this lets you keep your design and display it.

I like wearing Levi’s, Gap and that kind of t-shirts but my country isn’t option on their online shops. I’m not fan of plain t-shirts with printing, it have to be more original shirts.

I live in Mass by the way and wanted to sell t-shirts across the US to all my member of my website. I was wondering if you need a special type of licence and bassically what other terms do you need to be (aka age, bank account/credit card)

You may need a business license in the town you live in. At the very least you should do a DBA in the newspaper. You may need a tax ID number (state and federal) I don’t believe you will need any special license. Contact the SBA, they can help (for free)

im trying to start a little company of mine but i just cant find a place in Anaheim, CA where to make shirts

well recently i made a t shirt, or what i thought was, design and my friend pointed out that it looks like it looks more like a poster than design rather than a shirt design.

so i was wondering, what do you guys think about what would fit more as a shirt design and/or a poster?

because lately ive been designing stuff(shirts) for my school. also, they would look better as posters but they just make "ok" shirts and i just want tips on how to make better "shirt" concepts sorry if i’m horrible at explaining

Your friend may be full of crapola.

There is no standard for designs distinguishible as appropriate for shirts and those for posters. It may be that some of you tee shirt designs may ALSO make good posters. In which case … GOOD FOR YOU! Good design is good design.

Why do you suppose so many hot looking sports cars are printed on tee shirts. No one is going to point out one of these and say, "That is well designed car. It does not fit as a subject for a tee shirt. It should only remain as a car." Of course, that would be stupid!

If your shirts, in your opinion and that of others, only "look OK" as shirts, then they will probably only look OK as posters, too.

I want to sell my T-shirt designs online, only problem is, they are mostly colourful and with text, what would be the cheapest way/place to print the logos (I can probably supply the blank shirts)

Good question. I’m the Director of Marketing for CSE Graphic Outfitters and just recently came up with a plan for people just like yourself, I designed a drop shipment program at our company. This allows people to design their own images and sell them on their site without ever touching the shirt.You take your own orders, send them to us and we ship out the item to your customer. We do direct embroidery, screen printing, screen print transfers, make custom patches/emblems etc.

I want to start a merchandise store for my website and have a few t-shirt designs that I’m happy with. I’m aware of Cafe Press, but I wonder if there’s any store that does any (or even all) of the following things: (a) white on black printing (b) taking a lower commission (c) offering a better service in general?

I have no specific complaints against Cafe Press but would like to know about alternatives before I rush into anything. Thanks!

try to start independently and get the profits into ur pocket instead of sharing with a no of intermediaries. and if no then you may try http://www.utitees.com I like their stuff.

There seems to be a lot of them out there and I don’t know which to choose…does anyone have experience with this? Maybe someone who buys or sells t-shirts through websites?
