Try an iron, put it inside out (not too hot) or with hot steam, good luck!!

It might come off if you turn the shirt inside out and then put a hot iron where the decal is. If you put the iron on the decal it could wreck your iron.

try scraping it off .. melting.. i dunno. maybe not melting it or else it'll just move around more.
