Well, try to find a t-shirt of a good quality, then find out which printing shop provides t-shirt printing services (there should be a lot).
Have your own exclusive design created (custom logo, label, mascot, image etc.) by these guys for example:

That bring the shirts and your exclusive design to the printing shop.
You can have a world unique t-shirt.

im not sure but a word of advice ! i'd always design the entire sweater for any club or team im on and when you send a drawn design or a computer design, they ALMOST ALWAYS MESS IT UP. even when they send you a copy of what it would look like.. it looks good and when u get it its messed up. ASK THEM TO TAKE A PICTURE OF IT ALREADY MADE. they've messed up sooooo many times its not even funny !
