I want them to be cheap, but i also want them to look professionally made, I made a white design and i want to put it in a black t-shirt. It’s not bulk, it’s only about 8 shirts.

Check for a local place that screens t-shirts. They will charge you a set up fee (which you will have at any place online or local) and then a fee for the shirts.
The set up fee is the most expensive part. If you find a local place that isn’t too busy they might be more willing to do just a few shirts. If it’s a one time printing they can reuse the screens which could help lower your initial cost.

I don’t know specifically where you would get it done, but look in the phone book for "screen printing". I think that’s what it’s called when they put designs on cloth…
