Shirt Designs

I want to know what kind of software i would need to create my own shirt and sweater designs from home. I don’t want a program that only allows me to use previously made templates but create completely new ones from scratch.

The two best programs would be Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop.
These are more professional programs.
