How can I design my own fitted hats/T-shirts and sell them?

I want to design my own t-shirts and fitted hats, but I don’t want a place like cafepress because you can only put the design in certain places on the shirt. I need full control over where I want the designs to go. Does anyone have any good advice? THX in advance

Create custom iron-ons online or at a shop, then put them wherever you would like.
