I live in Mass by the way and wanted to sell t-shirts across the US to all my member of my website. I was wondering if you need a special type of licence and bassically what other terms do you need to be (aka age, bank account/credit card)

You may need a business license in the town you live in. At the very least you should do a DBA in the newspaper. You may need a tax ID number (state and federal) I don’t believe you will need any special license. Contact the SBA, they can help (for free)

    Hey Betsi,

It depends. uncle sam will want to tax you on any transactions that have a paper trail ( credit cards, checks, etc..) but if you collect cash no paper..QED no need to be registered cause you dont exist … So if you want to be a legit company you can get registered, a tax id etc..
