Does it cost money to design shirts at cafepress.com?

I was wondering because I was designing a shirt and it said no extra charge for style. Please help.

Not a bit.

They make their money on the basic price of the item. If they say the shirt costs $24.99 then that covers all of their costs to make the shirt and ship it.

But you might want to consider opening a shop and putting it in there. Also free. You can mark the shirt to be sold at $29.99 and if anyone else likes your design and buys it then CP will keep 24.99 and send you $5
