the heat may damage the paint or print on a shirt.. if you can get away with it.. hang to dry, and you won't need to iron many of them.. if you hang them correctly.. from the hem.. with the arms hanging down.. t's may hang normally.. this makes the design last so much longer.. several years sometimes.

Try using a lint free press cloth. That should keep the design safely intact, plus protect your iron surface.

There is usually a label that gives the instructions for washing and ironing. If you iron the right side, the ink/paint may smear and you will have ruined the shirt. If you iron on the wrong side, use an iron that is not too hot to go over that area
