Keep track of your hours or estimate how many hours it will take including the creation of the rough drafts to the final art work (including consultations with the company), how many colors will be involved, the number of screens and then your charge per piece of delivered work. If you will be making the screens for printing, burning the same or cutting them by hand, etc., add that in too. Consider how much they will gain from the use of the piece in advertising on t-shirts, pumper stickers, letter heads, new print ads, etc and get a percentage of what that will be (however, don't get too greedy as smaller profits bring customers back and large profits drive them away...repeat business is always nice to have in many ways). Be fair but don't get taken and yes, your competitors will not be likely to be very helpful (as such is a bit of a cut throat business...)
