For our graduating 8th grade (middle school) class, I need to design a t-shirt that symbolizing a raven (our school mascot) taking off to new and better things. What are some good ideas for this? Answer asap:]]

A raven flying into the sunset from a nest would be a good choice only because it symbolizes them leaving the school "nest" and going out to explore the world "into the sunset" I did something like that with this t shirt online design studio I use its called usatees and its super simple.

I have a t-shirt design that’s a little rough around the edges but I was looking to get many of them printed. I have tried to design the shirt online but the problem is I would like to match the colors exactly. What is the best way to do this?

We’re trying to come up with shirt designs from scratch and we don’t know any good software programs for free. Please let me know if anybody knows anything.

I made an image that I want printed on a t-shirt so I can order it. Does anyone know any good websites to do this where it is simple enough but let’s you use your own design and placement? Help would be appreciated thanks.

In my school we have an Olympics (sports day). I want to make a shirt design. The host of this year is the African Union. I need to have ideas for the shirt design. I need the words ISB Olympics 2010, something representing the African Union and of course the Olympic rings. Any ideas on what I should do?

You could have an outline of africa filled in with a print of a whole bunch of olympic rings. maybe have the words in a cricle around or on the back

There’s lots of instruction on the web. The first set on instructables is what I used and they worked out very well for me.

I’ve always doodle pictures all over my homework and anything else I had with me and thought of possibly designing t-shirts. I think it would be really fun, and would like to know if anyone would know how to start your own business.

I would look at Cafe Press first. The advantage is that they will do everything for you–supply the shirts, print them, and sell them online. This way you can be the idea person and not deal with the other stuff. Unless, that is, you want to deal with the other stuff. Remember, you can get stuck with lots of inventory and time invested if you want to do it all yourself

My school’s Beta Club wants a clever t-shirt design for our Beta Club. Last year we had someone draw a box of nerds (candy) on the back of the shirt and we wrote, "We’re not nerds, we swear." Then we modified the nerds box–where it had the weight in the bottom corner we changed it to say the number of members and other details like that. Anyone have ideas for this one? Funny please!

I have a few t-shirts that I really like, but I got a small hole in one and a stain on another. I was wondering if I could cut out the design (edward scissorhands) and put it on a new plain t-shirt. Is that possible and how would I do it??

if you have a crafts store near you, they usually have this type of paper stuff (im not sure what its called) that "glues" fabric together

basically, you take one piece of cloth, put the "paper" on it, and put the second piece of cloth over it. Then you iron it and you’re done!!
