I want to learn how and what program i can use to design graphics for t shirts.
But i don’t want to just buy a program for my computer and give up
because it’s too complex to learn on my own how to use it.
I would like to take a class at Mission Collage in Sylmar California 91342
any suggestions ? on what class i should look into?

The college faculty is your best source of info. They know the courses, the instructors and prerequisites.

where can I buy blank canvas sneakers and t-shirts to design and sell without breaking the law?

I want to design custom stuff for myself and maybe sell some to other people but I don’t think I can do it legally by buying the blank t-shirts and shoes from other stores and customizing them. Is there providers I can order from? Or is there some way I can buy them and customize them and then sell them for a profit? Please help? Thanks.

It’s not illegal to sell your custom designs. You can buy blank canvas shoes at places like Rite Aid and blank t-shirts at places like Michaels arts and crafts. As long as you don’t draw/print copywrited material on them (like an image of mickey mouse or something) then you should be fine.
